Martin's Mobile Notary Service is a fully mobile commissioned notary public service serving Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George's County, MD. We provide the convenience of notarizing documents where you need us and when you need us.  **After hours** and weekends are our specialty.

As certified  Notary Signing Agents, we are specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. As your Notary Signing Agent, we ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized and returned for processing on time. We promise that we'll be there, anywhere, every step of the way. 

A Maryland notary public is authorized to perform notarial acts as defined in the ACM St. Gov. §18-101 et. seq. A notary public may exercise all functions of the office of notary in any other county or city than the county or city for which the notary is appointed, with the same power and effect in all respects as if the same were exercised in the county or city for which the notary is appointed.
